Fully Refurbished Router Delivered

S&G Signs has just taken delivery of a fully refurbished CNC Router. This is good solution if you want a great router without having to spend your money on a new one.

The original machine was stripped repainted, all bearing were checked for wear, and replaced if they are necessary. The table surface was replaced with a new tufnol vacuum table which we use on all our new machines. The belt drive system was replaced with our rack and pinion system. The final upgrade was changing the old control system to our own free standing control panel, sports a 17″ touch screen, an industrial PC, Network and USB facilities all mounted in a free-standing console.
